My greatest leadership icon, from whom I get my inspiration, is the after-hours Nelson Mandela. He was not just a charismatic individual, but also a highly influential leader. Mandela prioritized the interests of South African citizens, as opposed to his have got strongly advocating for the end of the apartheid and integration of the racially fragmented South African society.
